Open Gym is guardian supervised free play in our gymnastics facility. Children can jump on the trampoline, attempt the balance beam, swing on the rings, and crash into our foam pit! Single day entry is $10 per child/$7 siblings for 1.5 hours of fun!

Children practice skills on bars, rings, balance beams, trampoline, floor, and vaulting stations with the assistance of a caregiver.
Classes assist in the development of you child's motor skills, socialization, cognitive development, strength, and flexibility.
Girl's Beginner 1
Ages 4-6

​Students are introduced to all gymnastics apparatus, including the bars, beam, vault, and trampolines. Gymnasts will have mastered rolling forward and backward, a handstand and cartwheel before progressing to Beginner Level 2. As gymnasts progress, they will notice an increase in balance, strength and flexibility.
